Conditions of Sale
Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Solid Fluid, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with an attached invoice. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. The order is accepted by us when we send e-mail to you containing attached licenses or, in the case of physical goods, confirmation that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on an order which we have not dispatched do not form part of the contract.
All of our electronic licences all have a fixed period of validity. You may choose to buy a an electronic licence with a period of validity greater than one year. In all circumstances where a licence is valid for a period greater than one year, the full monetary value of that licence covers the first year of validity on a pro rata basis. Any subsequent validity in that licence is granted by Solid Fluid free of charge.
Refund & Return
For software purchases that involve distribution of our electronic licence keys on the internet, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or returns. Where software is purchased as a physical product, i.e. in a cellophane wrapped box, returns can be made, provided that the cellophane wrapper is undamaged.
For physical products which are not software related, returns are welcomed, providing goods are in a good, undamaged, condition. In addition to your 30-day returns guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.
