DateTime

The VDateTime group provides container classes for the storage, conversion and manipulation of date and time.

These objects are capable of reading string based date and time to RFC 1123. They can translate to all of the main windows date and time formats. They also have the capacity for simple addition and subtraction, including all leap year calculation back to the nineteenth century. Beyond this tracking is thought to be good, but it is not clear that the actual date and time were maintained with any degree of precision.
